Object Name Program
Scope & Content This is a program for the "Schubert Club Concert" at the Moulton Opera House in Laconia on February 25, 1890.

On the cover is printed "Moulton Opera House, Laconia, N.H., Schubert Club Concert, Tuesday Eve. February 25th, 1890." The program consists of four pages. On the second page is the programme listing of parts 1 & 2 and the cast members as well as a description of the play. On the third page are advertisments for : " A.S. Gordon Watchs Clocks & Jewelry, W.Boyle Jr. & Co. Confectionary, C.H. Watson Dealer, Burleigh Shoes, Rubbers Caps & Gloves, George F. Mallard (Druggist and Apothecary), The News & Critic, The Windsor Cafe, an appearance of Queen Esther in Tilton on March 3rd, and the F.R. Folsom & Co Pianos and Organs." On the fourth page is printed an advertisement for Lougee Brothers. The page is printed with : " From Nottingham, England, Just Received by Lougee Bros., An elegant line of lace curtains in both ecru and white. See the values at 75c, $1.25, $2.00, $2.50, $3.50, $4.00 and $5.00 per pair. All at a big discount from retail price." and " Ladies' Cotton Underwear, a large lot to be closed at the following greatly reduced prices : 25 c corset covers, only 12 c, 30c corset covers, only 15c, 50c corset covers, only 37c, 87 night robes, only 63c, $1.00 night robes, only 75c, $1.25 night robes, only 87c. Lougee Bros. Dry Goods, Clothing and Carpet Dealers, Smith's Block, Laconia, N.H."
