Item is a program to a "Testimonial Dinner Honoring Louis C. Wyman for his Twenty-five years of Service and Devotion to the State of New Hampshire and The United States of America." On the exterior it is red with black writing and a seal in silver of the US Congress and the outline of an elephant. Inside it is white and features the dinner menu, evening program and a thanks to Ex-Vice President Richard Nixon. It also features an ensignia with an eagle. The interior print is blue.
