He is dressed in a jacket and hat. The small cart he is riding in has a flag on it stating " Lava Soap". In front of the cart, pulling it, is a person dressed in a suit/outfit with a horses's head. In front of this is a man wearing a shirt, pants, hat and wig and beard (?). In back of the cart and people is a young boy in a jacket, pants and cap.In the background on the far left is a store with a sign on the side of it stating " Buy Shoe ____ This sta_____ _____". To the right is another storefront with awnings on the storefront windows. On the far right is another storefront/business with awnings over the windows. Parked in front of the stores is an automobile and a horse drawn carriage and a person on a bicycle. There are people on the sidewalk watching the procession. On the utility pole on the far right is a sign stating "Gasoline and Auto Supplies". Written below the picture in the album is " K of C Town Gathering, Spring 1910. Joe Roucher riding in the cart.
