Description Black and white photograph of a tree that has been uprooted and lies on the ground among other trees. In the foreground is a paved walk way for the Laconia Home for the Aged (now Taylor Community). In the background is a building (Mr. Dunlap's house, now Harris Furniture) with several gables and a round turret. Image looks toward Union Avenue on which are several automobiles.

Handwritten on back, "More trees at Home for Aged. All of Doc's pines in back of the High School are dwon, and I can't talk about the mess at camp. It will be like coming to a new country when you come home again."
